About Tracey

I established Pocket Watch Assistant in the pandemic of 2020 to regain control of my work/life balance. Using my extensive experience, I try to assist as many businesses as I can to stop them from falling into the same fearful trap that I did and to give them back their time to enjoy life!

I am a farmer’s daughter born and raised on a hill farm in the Lake District, and still happily live in the beautiful county of Cumbria with my family. I have always been a home bird and I never went to University. However, I did study a GNVQ in Business and Finance, along with Diploma’s in Admin. Touch typing being my most valued skill. As much as I love being at home, I also love adventures and road trips. We travelled to Europe when our little one was 6 months old, finishing off at the Belgium F1. I am pretty active and I am a huge motorsport fan!

Known for getting stuck into client work, regularly working with property developers, landlords and those within the construction industry trades. 

A specialist in organisation and coordination, with over 20 years’ experience assisting businesses alone, the last 7 years have been dedicated to property services and compliance, now continuing to increase skills and knowledge within property management too.

Stacey has over 20 years experience working within the corporate world, she thrives on a challenge and works with many CEO’s who need help delving into areas such as systems and processes, researching systems, demo’s to implementation.  Reviewing current processes and adapting these by streamlining and updating these to be more effective for time management for individuals and teams, document creating to project management and much more!

Stacey’s current Pocket Watch Assistant Ltd clients range from lifestyle admin to working directly alongside a developer and landlord.


The calmer to anyone's storm!

Kate has over 20 years of experience working for large corporate companies supporting senior leadership teams in a variety of roles including Project Management, Financial and Data Analytics.

She loves big data, excel spreadsheets and putting structures and processes in place. Project management is at the heart of everything Kate does and as such works in a logical methodical way to achieve results. Kates main areas of expertise are:

  • Project management including process improvements
  • Data analytics, management information and financial reporting
  • Invoicing including Xero
  • Dashboard production
  • Preparing Business Reviews and PowerPoint presentations
  • Recruitment and employee onboarding

Kate is currently working with Pocket Watch Assistant Ltd clients who require assistance with the implementation of basic Xero; from setting it up, to raising invoices to bank reconciliation and liaison with the clients accountants as required.  To the project management assistance within Click Up from to do tasks, to keeping subcontractor and employee records up to date, to assistance with the data entry of new and ongoing projects, to the reviewing timesheet data.

When Kate isn’t walking you can find her in the great outdoors, hiking, surrounded by nature and taking photographs of the landscape


The tech guy

Lee is a dynamic and enthusiastic team player who is a tech geek. Lee has experience working with websites based on WordPress and Wix platforms, providing support with customisations, maintenance and posting content. With 18-years’ experience in hotel Reservations and Revenue Management, Lee gained an advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel where he builds a lot of reports and tools for analysing and presenting data.

Lee also provides Reservations and Revenue Management support for accommodation providers. Lee has extensive knowledge of many accommodation and lodging systems, including Property Management Systems, Web Booking Engines, Distribution Systems (GDS), Channel Managers, and Online Travel Agency Portals. #Geek Lee can support you with updating your existing systems and tools, implement new ones and provides support with Reservation tasks.


The social's powerhouse!

Isobel specialises in all things admin and social media.

Assisting Pocket Watch Assistant clients with their email and diary management to being their social media guru, helping with basic graphic design, content creation, scheduling and all the different tips and tricks you need to know to get your profile noticed on each platform.

Isobel’s current Pocket Watch Assistant Ltd clients range from a cake hut to holiday lets and even a shepherd’s hut.


The administration whizz!

Gemma specialises in all things admin and has worked in the admin profession for over 20 years!

Having spent so many years working with various people from electrical contractors to those in the education sector, dealing with everyday admin – from emails, diary management, data input, to booking accommodation and audits.  Gemma has worked alongside finance departments raising purchase orders, invoices and managing budgets.

Gemma is passionate about admin and keen to work with anyone who wants to organise their business or life with some admin support.


The property entrepreneurs sidekick!

Lucy has over 20 years’ experience providing Property Management, Event Support and PA and Administration support in a variety of roles including a private charity, a private country estate and a group of hotels.


The ultimate business ally!

With a passion for property and an entrepreneurial drive, Bethan began her property investment journey in 2020, purchasing three investment properties in six months.  As a property investor, she has experience first-hand how empowering outsourcing can be, as a trusted VA, she combines her industry knowledge and landlord experience to support property entrepreneurs.
