Property Services is my top service - in my previous employed role, I was the Property Services Coordinator to the Property Services Manager and Property Services Team dealing with all of the property repairs and maintenance queries tenants, staff and family had, to assisting the Property Services Manager with schedules and projects. I worked within an Estate Office alongside management including the Group CEO and company directors, with regular contact with the family of the Estate. I spoke to contractors daily to instruct work and created all of the Property Services purchase orders, job sheets and checked invoices for payment. I was required to keep an up to date record of electrical, boiler testing and chimney cleaning certificates, chasing or instructing of any lapsed certificates. I also dealt with any administration from invoices, timesheets, holidays to making sure works vehicle services and mots were up to date, employee training and machine services to taking calls and diary management for the Property Services Manager and Property Services Team.
